Main Entrée: ~1 tail per person (18–20 servings per box)

Surf & Turf: ~½ tail per person (36–40 servings per box)

Lobster Rolls or Salads: ~½ tail per roll or serving (36–40 servings per box)

Thawing: Place lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or immerse in cold water for 30–60 minutes until fully thawed.​

Cooking Methods:

Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush tails with melted butter, place shell-side down, and grill for 7–9 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly charred.​

Broiling: Preheat broiler. Place tails on a baking sheet, split-shell facing up, brush with butter, and broil 4–5 inches from heat for 7–8 minutes.​

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tails in a baking dish with a splash of water, white wine, or lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake for 16–20 minutes.​

Serving Tip: These jumbo tails are best cooked until just opaque. Avoid overcooking for maximum tenderness and flavor.
