Recommended Portions:

• Main Entrée: 1 tail per person (yields 4–5 oz cooked meat) → Steakhouse-style dinner portion
• Extra Indulgent / Surf & Turf: 1.5–2 tails per person (6–10 oz cooked meat) → Ideal for celebrations or hearty appetites
• Lobster Rolls / Pasta / Risotto: 1 tail = 1 large roll or 2 smaller rolls → Generous meat for premium lobster dishes

• Thaw tails overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water for 30–60 minutes.

Also note that in order to preserve the freshness of our products, we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, so please plan ahead!
