We use **High-Pressure Processing (HPP)** to eliminate bacteria while keeping the meat raw, tender, and natural. Then we individually flash-freeze each tail using **IQF technology** for peak freshness and zero freezer burn.

Serving Size

Main Entrée: ~1 tail per person (35 servings per box)

Preparation Instructions

Thawing: Place lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or immerse in cold water for 30–60 minutes until fully thawed.​

Cooking Methods:

Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush tails with melted butter, place shell-side down, and grill for 5–7 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly charred.​

Broiling: Preheat broiler. Place tails on a baking sheet, split-shell facing up, brush with butter, and broil 4–5 inches from heat for 5–6 minutes.​

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tails in a baking dish with a splash of water, wine, or lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes.​

Serving Tip: These smaller tails cook quickly—avoid overcooking to maintain texture and taste.
