Sustainably harvested from the cold Atlantic waters off the coast of Maine, these smaller lobster tails still deliver big on flavor. We use **High-Pressure Processing (HPP)** to eliminate bacteria while keeping the meat raw, tender, and natural. Then we individually flash-freeze each tail using **IQF technology** for peak freshness and zero freezer burn.

Preparation Instructions

Thawing: Place lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or immerse in cold water for 30–60 minutes until fully thawed. Brush tails with melted butter, place shell-side down, and grill for 5–7 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly charred. Broiling: Preheat broiler. Place tails on a baking sheet, split-shell facing up, brush with butter, and broil 4–5 inches from heat for 5–6 minutes. Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tails in a baking dish with a splash of water, wine, or lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Serving Tip: These smaller tails cook quickly—avoid overcooking to maintain texture and taste.

Happy Mother’s Day to me!!

I do not need flowers and cards unless they happened to be attached to the Lobsters from Shop Lobsters! I received these yesterday and treated myself to three (four was a thought but…) for dinner! Fresh lobster tails

My lobster arrived on Saturday just in time for Mother’s Day There was four of us, I planned on taking a picture of all of us and my beautiful table with four 8 ounce lobster tails my husband had put on the grill. Outstanding from start to finish

The lobsters came the next day. I had a surf and turf dinner party for my gourmet group. The lobsters were excellent. The customer service was excellent. I received my lobsters exactly as noted in their ad where in each box were 4 lobster tails inside a tightly sealed bag. I hate to admit this, but I have already ate ALL of my lobster tails because they were super delicious!! The tails were sweet and very flavorful!
