Main Entrée: ~1 tail per person (11–12 servings per box)

Surf & Turf: ~½ tail per person (22–24 servings per box)

Lobster Rolls or Salads: ~½ tail per roll or serving (22–24 servings per box)

Thawing: Place lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or immerse in cold water for 30-60 minutes until fully thawed.​

Cooking Methods:

Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush tails with melted butter, place shell-side down, and grill for 5-6 minutes until meat is opaque.​

Broiling: Preheat broiler. Place tails on a baking sheet, brush with butter, and broil 4-5 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes.​

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tails in a baking dish, add a small amount of water or wine, cover with foil, and bake for 12-15 minutes.​

Serving Tip: Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness and juiciness.

Then we flash-freeze each tail using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) with liquid nitrogen. This advanced method freezes each tail individually—never in a clump—so you get perfectly preserved flavor, texture, and color in every piece.

Also note that in order to preserve the freshness of our products, we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, so please plan ahead!
