I ordered 6 live lobsters. They arrived on time, we're packed extremely well, looked perfect & tasted like a dream.

They were the perfect birthday present! I'll be ordering again and again.

This is my first time ordering lobster it arrived just like they said everything was packed beautifully. Very excited definitely will re-order.

Very fresh, but UPS almost blew it! I saw that my lobsters sat at a local UPS for 5 hours! When I called to pick them up, there was no local number. I was on hold a long time, and when a person who could barely speak English told me that I could pick them up the next day, I told them it was very perishable! I went to the UPS place where they seemed to he stuck, but was told that the perishable items were just sent out. I received the lobster's 30 minutes later! The box was soaking wet & disintegrating, but they were alive! I cooked them up & they were delicious!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the way my order was handled. Great communication. More importantly, the lobsters arrived on time, alive and kicking and were delicious. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

Great packaging and product

My children and Grandson was so excited To see live lobsters delivered to their house. The lobsters tasted So good. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime for my family!

Nick the owner of shop lobster work to resolve a shipping issue that probably was my fault due to computer issue. He replaced the order . Needless to say I will be using Shop lobster in the future
