Each lobster is hand-selected, packed with cold seawater liners and gel packs, and shipped overnight from Maine. When your box arrives, you’ll open it to find healthy, active lobsters ready to cook.

We ship only on Monday through Thursday using overnight delivery. Every lobster travels in a temperature-controlled, insulated box that mimics its natural cold-water environment. Our survival rate is over 99%, and we guarantee every delivery.

As soon as you receive your box, open it and refrigerate the lobsters immediately. Keep them in the box or in a bowl covered with damp newspaper or seaweed. Do not submerge them in tap water. Cook within 24 hours for the best quality.

Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date (Tuesday through Friday). We recommend choosing a date one day before you plan to serve the lobster.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, then carefully add your lobsters headfirst. Boil for 8–10 minutes for a 1.25 lb lobster, or longer depending on size. When the shell turns bright red and the meat is white, they’re ready.
