Ingredients:
Serve over your favorite noodles and top with fresh chopped parsley.
- 2 lobsters (about 1 1/2 pounds each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the chopped lobster meat to the lemon butter sauce.
- Gently toss the lobster meat in the sauce until it’s evenly coated.
Serve over your favorite noodles and top with fresh chopped parsley.
